  • 04.03.2020 - 08.04.2020 CTAD Lent Bible Study

    Lent bible study in the Ambleside Parish Centre. We will meet every Wednesday in Lent from 7.30 - 9pm. The topic will be "Superstar". All are welcome!

  • 05.03.2020 Open Forum

    Open Forum is a series of evening discussion meetings on a range of topical issues and open to everyone. The next meeting will be at 7.30 pm on Thursday 5th March 2020 at St Mary’s Church, Ambleside. The topic will be “Low carbon energy - will the lights go out?” and the sThere is no need to book and no charge to attend. Please bring guests. Tea and coffee will be available.     Back by Popular Demand! ‘Tales of the Unexpected’ is an Audio/Visual Presentation which draws on the extensive archive of interviews held by Ambleside Oral History Group. In over forty years of capturing local peoples’ memories the most surprising stories have emerged.

Weekday Services

  • Every Wednesday at 10:00am Holy Communion

    Informal Communion Service without music, usually in the Wordsworth chapel within St Mary's for 30 minutes. A small but very welcoming congregation. On the fourth Wednesday of the month there is also a communion service at Millans Court at 11am
